David Wood


David has worked for the last sixteen years beginning in the U.S. Marines (intelligence field) with years spent in LATAM, EU, ASIA followed by the last decade intensively in SE Asia doing highly sensitive liaison work and sourcing for privately owned companies on multiple fronts.

He also has an outstanding list of awards and credentials from the US Marine Corps and continues to work with that community on design and development through Virtus outdoors.

Sean Crawford


Sean currently is the partner at DJW HOLDINGS, an Asia based sourcing firm. DJW provides solutions across the sourcing spectrum ultimately helping firms decrease procurement costs and operational inefficiencies. Sean's key roles include strategy and structuring as well as increasing their client base in Europe and the Middle East.

He is the founder of Tainted City Limited, a private investment fund focused on the growing hospitality sector in Hong Kong and South East Asia. The portfolio includes some of the region's leading bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Sean is also Founder of Crawford & Mackinnon Global Limited. A boutique advisory firm focused on the Western market looking to better penetrate the Asia-Pacific region.

Sean was previously a Director at MVision Private Equity Advisers. He helped lead the development of MVision Strategic Asia Hong Kong, co-founding the office in 2009. He assisted in the advisory and capital raising efforts of numerous leading private equity firms in the U.S., Europe and Asia-Pacific. Sean has worked on over 25bn USD of completed fundraising transactions.

Chris Barber


Chris has worked in the financial sector for the last 9 years. He began his career at Moore Capital Management on the credit trading desk and moved to Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2009 as a FX Trader. He was fast tracked and promoted to Vice President of G10 FX Trading at the age of 26 and has managed bank risk in US and Asia.

He has spent the past 5 years traveling throughout US, South America, Asia and Europe gaining market and industry knowledge from a vast array of bank clients. Due to this he has been able to help secure a global network of top level executives and managers across many industries which are vital to the sourcing business.
